• Each individual is only permitted to have one active account. Holding more than one account — whether under the same name or different names — is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with any balances held within them.

• Bomberwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue promotions at any time with or without prior notice. However, promotions that have already been claimed and are currently in the rollover process will not be unilaterally cancelled.

• All confirmed bets are considered final and non-reversible, except in cases where a technical error is clearly and demonstrably caused by the Bomberwin system.
• Bomberwin reserves the right to cancel or void bets on matches that are cancelled, postponed by more than 12 hours from the original schedule, or due to force majeure.
• In the event of a significant odds error caused by a technical disruption or input mistake, Bomberwin reserves the right to cancel the affected bet even after confirmation. Any balance used will be fully refunded.
• The odds displayed are real-time estimate and may change until the bet is confirmed. You are responsible for verifying the odds before confirming your bet.
• Minimum and maximum bets per match are set dynamically and may vary depending on the sport, league, and market conditions.

Bomberwin enforces a zero-tolerance policy against actions that undermine the integrity of the platform and its members. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and full balance forfeiture:

• Registering or operating more than one account (multi-account).
• Use of bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to manipulate games or bets.
• Match fixing or collusion between members to exploit the system.
• Money laundering or using the platform for unlawful financial purposes.
• Use of VPN or other masking technologies to manipulate fraud detection systems.
• Systematic abuse of the bonus system (bonus hunting / bonus abuse).
• Spreading false or misleading information about Bomberwin to the public.

In short, data collected by Bomberwin is used solely for platform operational purposes — including identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and service improvement. Bomberwin does not sell or rent members' personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All data stored on Bomberwin's servers is protected with encryption and multi-layered security protocols. Members have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data by contacting our support team.

Bomberwin reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the terms outlined in this document.
• Suspicious activity that could harm the platform or other members.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the specified deadline.
• Account closure request by the member themselves (self-exclusion).
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.

If an account is suspended due to an active investigation, the balance will be temporarily frozen until the process is complete. If no violation is found, the account will be reactivated and the balance fully restored. If a violation is confirmed, the balance may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the severity of the breach.

Members who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so through account settings or by contacting CS. Any remaining balance prior to closure may be withdrawn following the standard procedure, provided there is no active bonus balance that has not met the rollover requirements.
